InstantPQ® is the brainchild of Alex Baglioni, a seasoned real estate professional who began his career in 1997. In just three years in the business, Alex’s discovery of the features now offered by InstantPQ® propelled him to become the #6 RE/MAX agent in Dade, Broward, and Palm Beach counties by 2002. His outstanding performance earned him multiple awards annually, culminating in his induction into the RE/MAX Hall of Fame in 2009.
In 2010, Alex launched the Multiple Payment Calculator and reached the pinnacle as the #1 RE/MAX agent in Florida for closed sales as of July 2010. He continued his success in 2012 as the #1 RE/MAX agent in Broward County and achieved the Highest Average Transaction per Associate in Florida. Recognized by Real Trends as America’s Best Real Estate Agent for Florida in 2013, Alex once again led the state as RE/MAX’s top agent in closed sales in 2014. That same year, he introduced the Automatic Prequalification System and the Automatic Cash to Close tool, which streamlined the home-buying process for his clients.
Throughout his career, Alex has been honored with the RE/MAX Chairman Award multiple times for surpassing $500,000 in annual commissions. He expanded his horizons by leaving RE/MAX in 2015 and establishing his own brand, Bluecastle®, in 2016. Alex is a licensed real estate broker, mortgage loan originator, and title agent. He leads Bluecastle Lending, Realty & Title and is the owner and creator of InstantPQ®.
