Bluecastle Moves Terms and Conditions

 
 
PROMOTION OVERVIEW
 
The Bluecastle Moves Discount (the “Promotion”) is an exclusive offer provided by Bluecastle Lending, Realty & Title to qualifying customers. Eligible clients who purchase a home with Bluecastle Realty, finance with Bluecastle Lending, and close with Bluecastle Title will qualify for a credit off of the total moving costs provided by a Florida licensed moving company. 
 
ELIGIBILITY REQUIREMENTS
 
To qualify for the Bluecastle Moves Discount, the customer must meet all of the following criteria:
 
  • The customer must engage all three services: Bluecastle Realty (for the home purchase), Bluecastle Lending (for financing), and Bluecastle Title (for the closing).
  • The home purchased must have a minimum purchase price of $400,000.00.
  • The customer must utilize a licensed moving company as their moving service provider.

PROMOTION DETAILS

  • Paymentt Amount: A payment of up to one thousand, five hundred dollars ($1,500.00) will be applied to the total moving costs. The payment cannot exceed the final invoice amount.
  • Covered Services: The discount can be applied to costs associated with the moving service, including truck, fuel, fleet, labor, packing, and supplies.
  • Combining with Other Offers: This Promotion can be combined with other promotions, including other moving promotions offered by licensed moving companies.

REDEMPTION PROCESS

  • Upon the successful closing of the home, the customer will receive a voucher from Bluecastle Lending to present to a licensed moving company.
  • The payment will be sent within 24 business hours to the moving company, once the move is completed.
  • If the total cost of the move is less than $1,500, the payment will be equal to the final cost. The remaining balance cannot be exchanged for cash or applied to other products or services.

ADDITIONAL TERMS

  • This Promotion is not redeemable for cash and has no cash value.
  • Bluecastle reserves the right to verify all eligibility requirements and may cancel the discount if a customer fails to meet the criteria.
  • This Promotion is subject to availability and may be modified or terminated by Bluecastle at any time without prior notice.
  • Acceptance of this offer constitutes the customer’s agreement to these terms and conditions.
