I have to start off by saying that if SIX STARS were possible then that would be what I would be rating HouseMart Realty! I cannot say enough good things about Alex and his entire staff. We went in on a Thursday, sat with Alex, explained all our information and on Saturday (only two days later) we were out with Freddie looking at over 20 properties. That in itself was amazing. Freddie was great! He was knowledgeable, on time and prepared with appointments set up for the entire day. On Monday an offer for our home choice was sent in and less than 30 days later we closed on our new home! This was possible thanks to Alex and Dana. Dana assisted us in getting all our closing documents in and on time. He too was knowledgeable and stayed on top of everything needed to expedite our closing.
Once again not enough good things for us to say except THANK YOU to Alex and his entire staff! You guys were great and definitely will be invited to our house warming.
